The Focus RS was ineligible for SCCA Solo Street class before it was even released.

The cinematographic style suggests Top Gear.

Why would they even want to show off the fact it can't keep all of the wheels on the ground? So confused.

This is just a joke in reference to all the other vehicles that are being banned from street like the standard Fiat 500 and Ford Fiesta. A lot of cars have been made ineligible because they get up on two wheels.

The same reason fast and the furious cars have 18 gears. Artificial drama.

Because "it looks cool" and makes the car look extreme. That's why Jeremy Clarkson and the boys drift and stunt the heck out of everything they review. I guess just rounding a track without displaying drama looks boring.

I didn't realize they even added modern automatics with their "manual" modes. How sad.
